Not possible.  ESPN has CT v. ND on at 6 and Duke v. MD at 8.  It would throw off two sched. games even if they did alter their schedule (which they don't)

The wednesday night schedule on ESPN and 2 has games at 6 and 8 (central), our game is at 7...so unless they're moving our game back an hour, I don't see it happening. Also, we'd be bumping Duke/Maryland or OSU/aTm.

Kind of annoying that I have to explain myself twice.  I know that the game is in Lawrence and that Lawrence flyover country.  TheKSU doesn't seem to realize that Manhattan is NOT flyover country because he/she posted "Yeah they proved that in the first matchup" (the game was...like...watched by a LOT of people).  *sigh*

No cause it would have been on ESPN 360 anyway.  It is a Fullcourt game right now, which includes 360.

ESPN 360. Pretty much ESPN is going to be ambiguous in pimping this match up since ESPN 360 is technically "on ESPN."

they could move the game to ESPN Classic (boxing from the 80's is currently on the schedule) but that would be a first for CBB, IIRC.

ESPN has put live CFB on ESPN Classic.

I would assume if a formal announcement of it being on an actual ESPN channel hasn't been released by now, it never will.

One of the best games of the week (year?) will be on the Big 12 Network. It's time to accept that imo. Would love for that to change though.

I choose to look at it this way:  If the Big XII pressured ESPN and told them we wanted some flex games on our schedule for national broadcasts, they could make it hapen.  I realize its more an ESPN thing than a Big XII thing, but if the office made it a priority, we could get it done.

The problem is the Big 12's tv package.  Just look at what ku games have been on national television.  CU, ISU, NU, BU, and OSU to name a few...yet they choose to put KSU vs ku on where no one can really see it.  Kudos to the Big 12 in keeping with their sorry ass management in every facet of a conference.

And the only one not on national TV.
