Did he do it because Klien requested it?  Looked that way on TV.  If so, he trusts the crap out of klien.  I mean, bill doesn't even let his assist coaches make decisions at that level.

it's not a dumb call. it's better to know where you stand earlier than later.

I really enjoyed the Pease jump pass, look forward to seeing more from him out of the wildcat this year. I like the call, easy to say it's dumb because it failed, and like others have said, I think it makes just as much sense to go for it early as it does in the second half.

Debate all you want about weather we should have just take the point. But there's no denying that the scheme doctor called a great play. Though, it made me miss the crap out of Danial Thomas.

It was open, Pease just needed to put a little more air under the ball. A Baylor player did read it and react late, but it was too late and he only got a hand on the ball because Pease threw it on a line.

speaking of those dumbasses...it appears one is lost on the combo-fan board; alone and hungry.

bill has thrown so many wrinkles out there right now that Pinkel had to take our playbook to the dry cleaner.

I like to think we did it to set up a fake jump pass FB dive or something, like when volleyball players all jump up for a fake spike.

McDonald was supposed to be the recipient as well. Throw that ball to the clouds Angelo!

It was a poor decision, that being said, the play call was probably correct for what was a poor decision. As Bob Davie said during the telecast, Snyder must have had a play that he thought would absolutely work.

PS - I will refrain from ever crediting Bob Davie as a good analyst again. Really hate that guy.

PPS - Davie referred to us as TCU at one point.

It was a great decision from one very important point of view.

Scheme Doctor loves theatrics, and chooses to use different methods of drama in each of his performances.  You think our limited success has been OBz fault these last two seasons?  He's merely setting us up for an amazing piece of artwork, a breakout season to leave us breathless.

Obz enjoys doing this so much, he scripts out each and every game, in addition to every season....he is the only one who knows what will happen next.  Scheme Doctor was the conductor of the Baylor game, the maestro if you will.  He gave us an exciting, and unexpected finale.  Honestly he needs an Oscar for that wonderful piece of artwork.  I haven't seen a twist like that since the 6th sense.  Bravo, Scheme Doctor. Bravo. Best Director in the world. Better than Scorsese.

I think we just thought it would be cool to tie it up before halftime. Give people something to talk about. It was worth a try.

That was the first jump pass after a hand-off, right?

When was the last 2 point conversion we ran that wasn't a jump pass?
