Title: FORMAL ANNOUNCEMENT - goEMAW retains right to sue Texas A&M
Post by: Dugout DickStone on September 07, 2011, 04:30:21 PM
Posters, lurkers and Mike Slive-

We have just concluded a 4 hour teleconference call with all of the important players here at goEMAW.  Myself, the other mods, ownership, BSAC, BSCPAC and Big Shot corporate raider cat.  A consensus was reached that goEMAW (a subsidiary of EMAW, LLC) will be hereby retaining its right to sue the asses off the University of Texas A&M, the SEC and all of its member institutions.  goEMAW reserves its right to sue each school in the SEC starting with Alabama and ending at Vanderbilt (LOL).

I want to inform you that it isn't without much hard thought and analysis that we make this decision.  There was much discussion about letting this slide and staying "about all."  However, now that the decision has been made, you can expect lawsuits flying around like bullets out of The Chamber's gun.

You have chosen to tortiously interfere with the wrong website.  We will soon be driving your cars, living in your houses and wearing your bowties.  Be advised.

Very truly yours,

goEMAW

What is the value of loss of BBS enjoyment?  Just looking to the future here.

I mean, can it be quantified/valued and will it be based on post quality or post count?  Need some time to react here.

One question - could I be in a position to win any money with this lawsuit?

Would you be damaged if the BIG 12 folds?  The answer is yes.  This board is what is known as a third-party beneficiary to the Big 12's contractual arrangements (that Slive and the SEC have interfered with).

I'm going to get fired for doing nothing all day. May I also take part in this lawsuit for lost revenue?

ChiCat here, Chawbacon and contributor to goEMAW.com.  As an interested and possibly invested party, I've been following this very closely and have a question along with a follow up:

Is there any truth to the rumor that goEMAW has reached a settlement with Vanderbilt in exchange for the sexual favors of a certain football coach's wife?

If this is true, how will the favors be split and amongst whom?
