With the first time homebuyers credit im thinking about buying a smaller house then having him pay me rent.  Pretty good idea, no?  I need to see if my folks will loan me a downpayment though.  my credit card is maxed after that trip to Keystone.

OP=crap.  RoeP=nonstop bears in the trees and hills and valleys. PLUS the plaza is CLOSE so I can crush their brains when they wait for trout in brush creek.  I take my fork w/ me.  After feast, I hit up Eddie Bauer (who is totally cool with dead bear smell btw) to buy manclothes. and all that's just for rough ridin' BREAKFAST.

Nope. Have to drive through Tongie just to get to it. Works fine for going to Manhattan. But it is still easier to hit 24/40 to Lawrence for free and pick up 70 there.

Would be nice if I lived in tongie though.

Only been a couple of times, met some nice older Cat fans who bought us a few drinks.  Haven't been there during a KU game yet but I wouldn't be surprised it gets pretty busy.

As for the little league players...haven't seen any.  Usually an older crowd (20's and up).  Seems like a nice alternative to Kites and their crappy food.

Hell, its probably almost faster to go back to K-7 from Basehor to head west than slow through Tongie.

Not really.  24/40 is 60mph to tongie, then 65 on the other side.

Yeah. Have heard that everyone is fooled by the riverwalk when they visit.

Really hate the traffic and just general congestion out here. Too many rough ridin' people. Plus, really want to move to a warmer climate. If we had a branch in LA, I'd be all over it. San Diego may be a possibility down the line. Would love to jump to west coast. Weather and other general awesomeness aside, would be incred to have college football games starting at 10 am. The east coast is the worst for sports viewing. Tip off at 10 pm? gmafb.

Tip off at 10 pm? gmafb.

The weather in LA is so great and i think SD is supposed to be just a little better but i never spent any real time there so i can only speak on LA. The traffic and air quality is the worse in the US and its expensive and a lot of the people are lame BUT the weather is fantastic and there are so many things to do.

She graduated in 99 or 2000. That ought to narrow it down.
