I guess he wants to sit out two consecutive years.
His team gear collection will be good at least.

eff. This guy was going to be a superstar.
-
i hope this means a shakeup in the clams burner team :crossfingers:
-
God Damnit

Don't confuse Morgan and Tanner.

Don't confuse Morgan and Tanner.
o man. i'm guilty. i feel so ashamed :embarrassed:
-
He must really like his dad.
-
My inside source says he tweeted:
"Back to School" 15 minutes ago.
-
Addition by subtraction. Good riddance. etc.
-
Kids are realizing that Bill won't fire their dad even if they leave.
-
ksu confirmed he's no longer on the team
-
Tysyn Hartman :kstategrad:
-
was he any good or junk?
-
non-issue. i didn't have the kid any higher on my depth charts after seeing him in spring game. no loss = non-issue.
-
Logan Dold :kstategrad:
-
was he any good or junk?
he led San Jose in tackles as a frosh iirc :dunno: we weren't very good at tackles last year :frown:

San Jose had a similar type of defense the year he played to what we had last year. Maybe even worse if that is possible. Anyway safety's make a lot of tackles on bad defenses look at who our leading tacklers were last season.

So basically that means as a Frosh he was as good as Garret was last year. I'd take it.

non-issue. i didn't have the kid any higher on my depth charts after seeing him in spring game. no loss = non-issue.
dumbass. this guy would have looked like Ed Reed compared to the rest of our defensive backfield. he was destined to be a superstar imo.
-
Probably wasn't doing things the "right way" and stuff
-
Is this the kid whose dad is on staff? If so, fire that guy now. Not later, now

Why would I not be serious? Our safeties were rough ridin' terrible last year. rough ridin' terrible. Will take anyone who can get Tysyn Hartman off the field. Will rough ridin' take.
-
did you see him in the spring game?
-
Shocking. Prince Snyder runs off another of our best players.
-
did you see him in the spring game?
I did not, but I strongly doubt that he is worse than Hartman. Hartman gets clownsuited every single game defending the pass and he cannot tackle. According to sd, Burns led his team in tackles as a frosh.
-
We could have used him. Oh well.
-
Pretty sure his dad used to coach the DBs, left, and was replaced by the newest old white guy. I was hoping Tanner would be good but people seem to think one of the new guys (Malone maybe?) would have beaten him out and Zimm likely has his spot solidified.
-
He was hoping to be the best looking DB but 2Ys showed him up.

Zim wasn't awful. But if history repeats itself, he'll be terrible this year.
A good rule for K-State: Incoming safeties will always be incredible.
you serious?

Luckily OB finally has "depth" on the defense for the first time. Color me not concerned.

He led the team in tackles as a sophomore, not a freshman. He played mostly special teams his freshman year.

Well Tyson was second on our team in tackles last year and was just a few tackles away from leading the team. Stats can be misleading and you also have to factor in Burns was playing at a mid major. I'd be all for anyone that can get Tyson off the field as well but this kid wasn't going to do it.

Ty Zimmerman :kstategrad:

Ty Zimmerman :kstategrad:
I fully expect him to regress this year just like every other promising safety we have had since 2003 has done.

He was already regressing towards the end of last year.
