I highly doubt it for the same reason you don't schedule a hard team for homecoming

Doesn't really count when you have no guaranteed home conf wins on your schedule....besides ISU who is too late for HC.

I'm pretty sure they do.

I'm guessing a 4 or 5 win Snyder suck going in to Austin would be a good set up for a feel good Mack Brown route with lots of homespun witticisms for the exclusive post-game interview.  Yep, Longhorn TV here we come.

I have a feeling that the KU game has a higher chance of being on the Longhorn Network than ours. That channel will pick up all of the games that the networks deem too tv-unfriendly to air that week. Watching UT tear out squawk entrails will probably be too boring for any other network to pick up that game.

Looks like Iowa State or KU are the leaders for the Longhorn Networks sole conference football game.
