Title: remember when we'd lose to ku at home every year
Post by: fatty fat fat on June 24, 2011, 10:45:14 PM: over and over, and not a single game was even close?

jfc. thank god that's over with. i mean, we would all get ready and hope our 4-12 hoops team would "have a great shooting night" vs the 14-2 hawks. then we'd get slaughtered. and it happened year after year.

So even though we lost to ku at home a number of years at home, we still beat them 7 times during that span, either at Lawrence or in the Big 8 tournament. We all know that winning on the road is more difficult than winning at home, so theoretically those wins would be less impressive had one or more of them been at home rather than on the road. I know I'm reaching here...... :facepalm:

The year that especially pissed me off...when Kenny Gregory, Nick Bradford, etc. came to Bramlage and beat our asses. God, we rough ridin' sucked.

I'd like to apologize to Larry Reid for having to endure a series of garbage rosters.
