Steele has a new prediction system: based on returning experience which assigns weight to returning starters and lettermen. He's tested it against the past ten years experience of all top division teams and determined that:
"Teams with 114.5 or less points in his experience chart have an 81% chance of weaker or same record from prior year".
KSU's experience chart points are 110.
