Never understood peoples love of old crap. Could of had a brand new state of the art stadium for half the price.

This is the stadium surrounded by trees that the green students on campus live in to prevent their destruction.

Slightly an assumption on my part but I'm guessing our modest 60 million dollar plan would have a much higher cost if it were being built in Berkeley with all the extra codes and earthquake fittings/retrofittings. Maybe 321 mil isn't all that bad and these high costs might explain why even NFL teams in Cali all seem to have outdated stadiums.  :dunno:

That stadium rough ridin' sucks.  It will still suck after its earthquake resilient.  I don't know why they're worried about it, nobody goes to the games there anyways.  Should spend the money on more global warming.
