Throw your third base coach under the bus because the only way you could avoid the tag is to slide head first. Jesus, this guy plays baseball for a living. Sometimes in baseball, you have to slide head first. What a pussy.

I rough ridin' love Hamilton but I'm confused how he broke his forearm sliding headfirst.  It looks like his arm hit the ground kinda hard but that happens all the time with no injuries.  I don't see him making contact with the catcher or anything.  :confused:
