Does anyone think Nino might get bumped up to a 4 star?
-
Williams believes he will be eligible to join Kansas State after this school year. However, he is leaning towards attending a prep school for a year to continue to work on his game.
"I'll probably get bigger, stronger, get more consistent at a high school. Then, come up to the college level already ready and focused knowing what I have to do to play a lot."
Am I an idiot for not knowing about this?

If we would end up leaving an open schollie this year, would it be worth while to redshirt him and take him 2010?

No. He was originally a 2010 guy, but then was re-classified by rivals and scout as at 2011 guy. Everyone had been assuming that he's a 2011 guy. However, since we have an open scholly, we may be up for taking him this year if his stuff is in order. I suppose I'd rather have him in 2011, gives us another year....that seemed to help JHR.

Read the article and his rivals stuff more closely. :facepalm:ing my ability to decipher recruiting info.

If we don't have another 2010 I think he'd benefit from a redshirt year practicing with the team more than a year of prep and then playing. :dunno:

This.
Learning "Frank Martin's Principles to Angry Basketball" and working with Greenawalt would be a lot more valuable than prep school I would think. Sounds like he doesn't truly believe he'll qualify or he is fishing for more offers. Something not adding up.

I suspect part of the reason you have him go prep for a year is to clear up any NCAA probs that attending an unaccredited school for a year might have caused.
-
Nino isn't going to come in here in 2010 and redshirt. Very LBBIQ by anyone throwing that out there.
Jam Sam came in at Semester and was already behind a few players at his position. It made a lot of sense for him to redshirt. Nino will very likely prep and then sign for the 11 class much like JHR did.
-
Nino isn't considering prep school to work on basketball or because we want to wait and take him the next year for scholarship reasons you retards

Are you calling Nino a liar? :opcat:
