I don't think Bill (or Currie) realizes how many people are pissed off at Bill because of Cosh/Hughes/Sean.

Currie needs to make nicey nice with Frank.  Now.

I don't know that I was ever "on" the Snyder bandwagon but I was officially off when he didn't fire Cosh at the end of last season. That was the empirical evidence that I needed to know that Snyder will never turn it around.

Oh, but you see, Cosh is on a short lease.

So that makes it okay.

I wonder where the other $700K Snyder makes is being filtered out.

The fact that Deb Patterson makes that much money is absurd.  Are you rough ridin' kidding me?  They make no money, and we're giving her $700K  a year to play in front of 2K townies?

Can we get her to take some other job and hire a high school coach or something?

The best ice cream in Manhattan is whatever Houlihan's can slap into a dessert bowl, especially today when you can get a free flatbread pizza* just by saying "I love Houlihans" to a manager.

Yeah, but engineering is the only academic category besides education that we can brag about. I would assume it's worth investing it*.

* I have no idea if English is good at his job or not. This statement is based on the assumption that he's at least decent.

I hear he is pretty good.  As an engineer graduate myself, I find it a little high for someone who hasn't bee in the position long.  I'd expect the dean of Vet school or Ag department to have a higher salary.  Our engineering school is good, but not great by any means.

The Physics Department is Pretty good as well.   Laser research and what not . . . I was reading the February 2011 Research Funding Report (because that's how I roll) and they pulled in nearly $4 million in research grants from the DOE that month alone.

Early Edition over The Chef is a total joke too.

Not really. Chef is tough to get to from the west side, it's downtown so parking anywhere within 100 ft. can be a major issue. Once you get in you have to stand and wait with a bunch of people drinking alcohol at ten o'clock in the morning. Plus the staff is very informal and none of them are dressed in suits or use proper titles when greeting guests. Specials are tough to read because they just make silly shapes with colored chalk and you're supposed to be impressed by that? I'm not even sure they take reservations.

Yeah, I'm really hoping that was a parody post.

I hope so too, try untucking your shirt BigCat, you'll enjoy The Chef more.

I get claustrophobic in the Chef when it's busy, and I'm not that big. BigCat is at least in the top 3 of biggest posters at goEMAW.  I can't imagine how he must feel in there.

bigDcat....not very big at all.

It's a real mindfucker.
Ate lunch with BigDcat today?  I had a lean pocket.  He had, well, not much of anything.
 :surprised:

Deb's salary should be divided by 10, then divided by 2.  She gets 35k a year PLUS a free pants suit and heels and unlimited salad and breadsticks at olive garden.  That's more than fair.

Laurie Koehn respectfully disagrees with this post.

Koehn is able.

People still think Little Apple Brewery has good food? Yeah the beer is legit, but their food is terrible. Should probably hire less meth heads/rapists in the kitchen.

Smothered steak and black burrito is so the motherfucking win, and you're a slimy bitch if you disagree.

Absolutely.  Aside from this, the rest of the menu might suck, but I have no idea whether or not that's the case.

Had a fantastic ribeye the night before the mizzou bball. That and a friend of goEMAW comp'd us some drinks. Trim's experience not so great. The waitress dropped his plate so he had to wait for a new one.

8th Edition of the Readers' Choice Awards

KSU Athlete
1.  Jacob Pullen

Is this enough to keep McGruder from leaving?  I hope so!  (Because we'll be wicked bad if he leaves.)    :dubious:
