Replace one addiction with another.  Like people who stop drinking who start smoking a eff load.  You should probably start smoking...

Pour vinegar on your waffles.  You will crave it less or not at all.

Stick w/ the log cabin syrup. Replace crappy egos w/ homemade waffles or buttermilk pancakes. this is the only way out imo

I have a good minor addition to pancake mix that may, just maybe, able to break your waffle addiction.

Now that the weather is getting warmer, I'm addicted to a good ol' fashioned ice cream cone from the local DQ. Will the same methods for quitting apply???

i like the red shell stuff, i think it's supposed to be cherry flavored.  chocolate soft serve and a cherry dip, no cone- served in bowl..  boom, crock potted

If you can't find a waffle 12 step group maybe you could go to AA or NA for support.  They don't need to know what your drug of choice is.

Exactly, but the trick is to put so little syrup on it that the mini pancakes absorb it completely.  Get the taste without the mess.

Delish.

the wife will do "breakfast for dinner" every once in a while, but I slap the plate out of her hand and tell her that it's 6pm, not 6am.

just can't do it.

Breakfast for dinner is incred... agreed that french toast is far superior to waffles. I make mine with vanilla and cinnamon (1 tsp vanilla/egg used and cinn to taste) and as always texas toast -  :lick: :lick: :lick: :lick: :lick: :lick: :lick: :lick:

Waffles? More like squawkfles. I support 95 and K-State by preferring pancakes.

i love to sandwich it.  great with a slice of cheese and tobasco.  great drunk food on weekends at midnight.

i used to have hash browns in the thursday dinner menu as well but they take so long to cook and really aren't that good unless they're fresh so i've cut them out (for now).
