Title: Again...

hard to win when you can't shoot.  unless you were to feed your far-more-talented-than-their-adversaries bigs.

2-22 from 3 is really bad, especially considering the number that were wide open looks.

And then 15-28 from the FT line.

I think Bill has a hell of a time dealing with the pressure from Bandwagonville.   You can see the "here we go ago again" all over his face in games like this, because he knows all the $hit he's going to get from Bandwagonville and their low self esteem.

KSU & KU = same record in the NCAA tournament the past two seasons (KU being a #1 seed both times). :shy:

Yes. 39.3% vs Michigan, 39.8% vs OSU in KC were the other 2 under 40% eFG%.

Can you imagine if that last-second Davidson jumper had fallen?

See shaka's pregame speech where he said they would play right at 70 posesions?

Keep in mind that VCU's suffocating defense held two opponents to less than 40% eFG%.

The juggernaut that is Winthrop and the University of Kansas.

Hilarious that a guy on ESPN radio this morning was saying that it's more closely matched than a lot of people think and that KU would win 7 or 8 of 10 on a neutral court if both teams played well.  Said that KU should win as long as they don't turn the ball over and try to live by the 3...which is EXACTLY what they did.

'What if'.... 'Can you imagine'...

I often wonder about alternate realities myself. And then I use them as some sort of point about why that team should dislike their national championship winning coach cuz.... what if he didn't win the national championship.

*snicker*

It's your fanbase saying things like this  :dunno::

Bill Self needs to be on the hotseat next year. No, I'm not joking. Two upsets in a row by midmajors, not to mention the Bradley and Belmont debacles. Recruiting has been awful for several years now and for whatever reason, our coaching staff has done a horrible job developing guards.
