If you're not in attendance at the Kansas State football spring game in April, you have something better to do and we understand completely.

But if you are in attendance, you will be treated to a highly anticipated game that may or may not meet your expectations.
Because the Brown Brothers are involved, your chances of enjoying the game are greater than they usually would be, but still, we can not guarantee anything because often these games have a way of becoming dull, quite quickly, but as was explained, that may, or may not, be the case this year.

Wear sun screen if you have pale skin!
If your skin pigment is a darker shade, you probably don't have to worry about it quite as much as you would if it was lighter! Good news?!

Bring a jacket or sweatshirt, 8.5x11 piece of paper that you've folded vertically (?) with the roster on it, an unopened bottle of water (save your money!!), and make sure you get your run in, in the morning, that day, in April.

Dude, this thread is not about PoetWarrior, it's about the spring game, which will occur in the spring of 2011.
Some of us here will attend, others won't. Afterward we'll join together, here, at goEMAW.com internet site, as well as the purple pride site, scout.com, yahoo.com, etc. and share our experience and intelligent thoughts.
We'll do so because we're interested in the Kansas State football team members and coaches and out of our desire to communicate with other people who share similar, perhaps useless, interests.
You'll look forward to it.

I was just sharing what information I had about the spring game in, possibly, late April. As well as my desire for all of you to attend or not attend, depending on what else is going on in your lives at this present time, or in the future - April 2011.
Question for those that have attended before?
I heard tickets prices were in the 35-45 dollar range this year. When I've attended in the past it was more like 2 dollars? Anyone heard anything???????
For the record (for those that are keeping records), if it costs 40 dollars, do not go to the game. It is not worth that much money, you'll almost certainly regret your decision to attend the game.
Unless you have so much money that 40 dollars isn't much to you, but even then, maybe just give it to someone who feels 40 dollars is a lot of money. They would be able to get a lot of good use out of it. They could buy food or clothing, or a birthday present for a loved one. That present might be the first that person had ever received and they would cherish the love that was shown to them by the loved one that gave them the present.

After the game, players and coaches (John ?) will be available for autographs (when a player or coach signs his/her name on a white sheet of paper you provide to him/her).
Some people enjoy doing this. Many stay down on the field for 3, even 16 minutes of time and talk to the players. I'm unsure of what they talk about, but they surely feel a tremendous since of kinship and brotherhood with them.

On your walk, drive or airline plane flight to wherever you live most of the time, after you leave the stadium, be sure to talk with whoever you came with, or the people around you (they're friendly!) about who performed well.
It's best not to mention who didn't play quite as well as you anticipated, because 1) You may be wrong and become embarrassed when it is pointed out, 2) It's generally not a well respected idea to criticize people when you are many miles away from them.
They'd be sad if they knew!

Tom Hayes: Have we ever had a DB coach with his credentials. I'd say LHCBS is the only 1 that has had as much success and experienceas him.
I'm about to go research his 82 thru 88 seasons as co-defensive coordinater and DB coach but pretty much top 5 program in college for those years.

i have a friend who hated this chick :chainsaw: :curse: but she was uber persistant :crossfingers: and constatntly hounded the dude :blah: until she finally broke him down :embarrassed:. the two ended up dating and even fell in love :love:.
