Exactly . . . are we talking Town Center type "street" or "Walk across the street and you're in KCK" type of street.

It sounded like the mean streets of Leawood to me...like old Leawood where homes are worth mid-six figures, not new Leawood.  He didn't come across as a McMansion kid to me.
