Thanks...

Now the numbers:

1st half:
      Pace   PPP   eFG%   TO%   OR%   FTR
KSU   34   0.97   58.3%   32.5%   28.6%   33.3%
Opp   34   0.86   43.8%   17.7%   21.1%   6.3%

2nd half:
      Pace   PPP   eFG%   TO%   OR%   FTR
KSU   34   1.01   50.0%   23.7%   30.8%   60.9%
ISU   34   0.77   36.7%   23.7%   30.4%   26.7%

Totals:
      Pace   PPP   eFG%   TO%   OR%   FTR
KSU   68   0.98   54.3%   27.9%   29.6%   46.8%
aTm   68   0.81   40.3%   20.6%   26.2%   16.1%

Just too many stupid and unforced TOs kept ISU close. A win is a win.

Just too many stupid and unforced TOs kept ISU close. A win is a win.

the offense's fault.  risky passes inside a defense = turnovers.

I see what you did there.

If those dumb turnovers cost us 3rd place in the efficiency numbers I'm going to be quite upset.

i think they must have.  the mu game was pretty close.  they couldn't have dropped more than a 0.005 (prolly less).  and kstate won't get a bump that's bigger than that.  i'm afraid kstate's locked in at fourth.  in efficiency as in life.

You can really feel the emotion in CK.  So flawed, yet cares so much.

Maybe I missed something or haven't been a good enough CK fan, but why was he escorted by Frank's wife and that other lady??? as opposed to a family member.

Not the greatest home situation. He's mentioned it several times.

I didn't know that it hit all the way home. I figured maybe it was just a bad growing up environment and friends. My heart goes out to him.

He has pretty much said if it wasn't for K-State basketball he'd be on the streets in the Bronx.

Also, 16-1 is the best record ever at the Octagon of Doom.

I was disappointed in the lack of love shown for CK today by the AD.....hardly any highlight reel shown, and didn't even get a mention during the post-game ceremony.

As a KU fan, I am glad this day has finally come.  Hopefully no more 38 point games against KU.  As a basketball fan, I respect both of the players.  Pullen will go down as one of the best wildcats to put on a jersey.

Yeah, kinda sucks for CK.  I think he got an appropriate amount of love today but it was certainly overshadowed by the incredible amount of love for Pullen.  Jake is pretty much the coverboy for KSU basketball, CK is just a pretty damn good 2 year player for us.

I don't mean as a player.  I mean as a person.  Curt's struggles are out there for the world to see.  We all have our struggles, hell I've had a ton.  I'm proud of him.

yeah, the half-hearted CK chant was a little telling.
