No. 2 Kansas has reinstated suspended junior guard Tyshawn Taylor, who will be in uniform for Wednesday night's game against Texas A&M.
Taylor was suspended last Monday for an unspecified violation of team rules. Sophomore Elijah Johnson started in Taylor's place in wins over Oklahoma and Oklahoma State.
Neither Johnson nor Taylor will start on Wednesday against Texas A&M (No. 22 ESPN/USA Today, No. 24 AP). That role will go to Mario Little as the team honors its seniors in their final regular-season home game.
Jayhawks coach Bill Self told the Kansas City Star that if the NCAA tournament started today, Johnson would be the starting point guard.
