They dribbled the clock out when they were down. I can't recall seeing that. Pat Knight just being wierd?

Maybe they were anxious to meet the walnut bowl king, or visit one of the many fine bookstores along I-70.  Pretty heady stuff when you're cooped up in Lubbock.
