the fact that I haven't heard of four people on that list isn't doing the premise of that piece any favors
-
I wish we had burks.
-
May actually have lived up to our hype if we did.
-
if we had burks there is no way we lose at colorado. absolutely no way.

No CU losses period. No OSU loss either.

I see what you did there.

Watched the Utah State/Idaho game last week. Both teams had 6-9 ish white guys who were heads and shoulders above anything we have. They could post, go up and under and get up and down the floor. Tough kids, too.
Really any post presence would be nice.

I'm never letting this one go. Kinda similar to what LaDainian Tomlinson would've done for us in '98.
-
I think that Marshon Brooks guy dropped 45 a week or so ago. Remember because they had Denis game against UT in a stat on how rare it is to score 40+
-
I never thought we'd plummet to DITR recruiting this fast . . . I guess I was just stupid for thinking that they were paying an assistant coach $450K a year to be the "forever pipeline" guy . . . stupid ol me I guess.
:ck:

With Currie's apparent disdain for Frank, I think it is safe to say that you won't have to worry about Delonte much longer

I would like to see us get one or two 6-9ish guys who doesn't turn a contested 3 foot shot into the broken board double pump ball in the crotch of the rim adventure of an effing lifetime.
I don't give a cac if they're green . . . just 2 guys who can finish from 3 feet 80% of the time, and grab 10 boards a game.
OMG . . . I just realized I was saying the exact same CAC when Captain Neckbracewas coaching, and then when Tom Asbury was coaching . . . holy cac.

yeah, consensus number 1 recruit type bigs are great. wish we had a couple too.

I would also like a guard that can hit 50% of his 3's and average 8 assists per game. Is that too much to ask Te450k?

Would have been a really good 3 star "fit"*

*This story bears a strong resemblance to the "Bzdelik/Burks" tall tale but isn't quite so over the top, doesn't go so far as to say, "We were the ONLY school that knew about him!"

Dude was a rivals 150. He was discussed quite a bit on ksufans. Had a rep as a shooter with range, but doesn't shoot 3's at all. Kind of weird.
-
i thought ksu recruited him

i thought ksu recruited him
they did, kind of. He claimed to have a KSU offer, but I don't think it was real.

Still only a 3 star though, only reason I brought him up was that KSU was recruiting him, at least through Spring/early summer after his JR yr, really tough to know why we backed off, that's kinda why I brought it up.
"Khyle Marshall- Continuing the physical theme, Marshall is a clean up the mess/glue type player who will help a team at the next level win games.
Marshall listed offers from Auburn, Butler, Houston, Baylor, Old Dominion, Kansas State, UNC-Wilmington, South Florida and Providence and interest from South Carolina."
