Honestly, this would probably turn off a lot of AD's.  Not ones that have slightly better jobs to offer, but AD's that have a lot better jobs to offer.

yeah, but you gotta be who you are and hope that you're what bigshotadcat is looking for.  i don't think martin can whip out a motion offense binder and pretend his way to a job.

Gotta love that Martin still uses the misdirection move. Can't wait til we spring the surprise motion offense on OU this weekend.
