Had some cool stories about his connection with Huggins and his trail to Manhattan. Said that he is still very close to Clemente and they are in contact constantly. Said that after we lost to KU Clemente sent him a long e-mail asking him why the guys were slacking off and that Frank needed to get on them.

Anyone with half a brain knows that college bball peaked in the late 80's/ early 90's. Before that the players weren't all that skilled, after that all the good players go pro.

Mitch was NBA ROY, a 6 time all star, averaged 21 pts/g for his career, won a gold medal in 1996, and had his #2 retired by Sacremento. Billy Walker used to be able to jump high. (Before he ever played at KSU.) :ck:
