Title: Shaving your arm pits
Post by: wetwillie on February 05, 2011, 09:41:31 PM
Know some bro's that do this.  I can't bring myself to do it, just seems weird.   :dunno:

Is trimming acceptable?  For those really long ones that get pinched/pulled between arm and torso.

Do you guys also have to trim the hair on your hands?  What kind of sasquatch mofos do we have on this board?

Do it once every two to three months.  Have for years now. I would love to say that I just trim every two or three weeks but it just makes more sense to do it clean every few months instead.  I'm pretty hairy so its a must.  Couldn't let it go now.

Seems pretty sensible to me.   :ck:  <---- no hair

never, ever, ever occurred to me that this was an acceptable possibility.

It never occured to me that this was even remotely necessary.

I trim the armpit hair with buzzers after every hair cut.  Nothing shorter than a #2 blade.  It's more comfortable & makes deodorant last longer.  I also take that time to edge the garden so much junk doesn't stink.

I'm all for trimming your pubes but my pit hair simply isn't thick enough or long enough to need to.  I did have one pit shaved like 6 years ago for a drug test and I felt lop-sided for weeks.

The test was "If we can con you into shaving just one pit, you must be high."

I trim but not shave the pits.  Summer time especially because I look like I have buckwheat in a head lock at the pool if I don't keep them trimmed.

SD lives in Nubbraska.  Nebraska is basically Kansas' Canada, but not quite as progessive as Canada.

I'm not sure why that is Kansan to say have Buckwheat in a head lock.  Unless he thought I was talking about wheat and not the adorable spiky haired African american (not  :opcat:) kid with a speach problem from the little rascals.

I once wrote a girl a love note and wrote "sweatie" instead of "sweetie."  Awkward.

It does if you wear anti-perspirant.
