it doesn't cost them all that much to make a taco.  chances are good that people will order a lot more tacos because of this offer, so they'll end up making a lot more than they would have without the offer.   :ck:

i'm making pepperoni rolls

crescent rolls wrapped around mozz cheese and pepperoni, dip in marinara. easy and v good.

Raspberry salsa bean dip:

1 red onion chopped
1 can black beans - drained
1 8oz cream cheese - small cubed
1 jar bronco bobs raspberry chipotle sauce
1 8oz Monterey Jack cheese - shredded

Layer in order in a 9x13 Pyrex
Bake @ 350 20-25 until bubbly

Crab cake mini muffins with garlic lime aioli. Was gonna do wings, but then the commissary got a shipment of rough ridin' crab cakes so that decision made itself.

Forgot to post. We butterflied a pork loin and stuffed it with feta, goat cheese, rosemary, garlic and onion.  Put that on the smoker at 225 with jalapeƱo poppers and Lamb summer sausage.  Got fatter.
