Title: Ironic observation after perusing the Scout board

The people making the argument that "stars don't mean anything", and "we've all seen four stars who suck" are the same ones who are sure that the Browns are going to be dynamic additions to the team despite them not doing squat at their respective first stops.

Brown didn't do squat during his freshmen year?  Pretty clear you have no idea WTF you're talking about.
