Going back to the 03-04 season, uk has lost at least one of the two games immediately prior to a regular season meeting with KSU.  1 every year except 08-09 when they lost both.

Can you say, "looking ahead?"

2004--6 days before travelling to Manhattan, lost to Richmond at home.  :lol:
2005--Lost at oklahoma 2 games before KSU visited lawrence
2006--Lost by 25 at texas 2 games before travelling to Manhattan to avenge the earlier loss to Wooly and the boys.
2007--Lost @ aTm 4 days before coming to Manhattan
2008--Lost @ osu 2 games before avenging 84-75
2009--Lost @ Mich St 3 days before playing KSU in lawrence. Their next loss would be @ misery a month later, 5 days before traveling to Manhattan.
2010--Lost @osu the week before the game in lawrence
2011--Lost at home to texas last weekend.
