Title: Ok serious recruiting question
Post by: OlatheWildcat on January 23, 2011, 08:58:35 PM
How much recruiting does Snyder do anymore? Does he just speak with recruits while they're on their visits or does he actually hit the road and recruit like most head coaches do. I know JoePa has pretty much quit traveling, and one can say he's lost his fair share of recruits because of it. Also, please don't make this a "He's Old Kill Him" thread.

If you look at the individual HCs around, you'll notice that most have few, if any, recruits, as primary targets.  Pretty most HCs will stay on campus the majority of the time and only visit the really high interest recruits.  Pretty hard for one guy to visit all of the recruits, that's why you assign assistants different regions to focus on.

How many girlfriends did you go out of your way to introduce to your grandparents?  That's what I thought.

He must die

If he isn't dead already. Maybe Cosh works the remote controls ala Weekend At Bernies.
