I don't think it's so much for yelling at a player as it is what he yelled.

I think they said he yelled, "You're a mother rough ridin' selfish bad person."

You dudes forget about the aftermath of Oregon 09-09?  The first real exposure of Frank being Frank to shirttucks and the national media.
"You are the most selfish [redacted] I've ever seen."  He had to apologize at his coaches show.  That apology clearly meant a lot to Frank, he doesn't call players motherfuckers anymore.*
