Title: Our press and zone defense are a joke

I don't think I have ever seen us run a successful press or a successful zone defense during Frank's entire coaching career here. They do nothing but give our opponent free points. What's sad is Frank doesn't even realize this.

Zone I would disagree for the most part, we have had many games where it was effective.

Full court press I agree we have always been dreadful. Half court trap has worked on occasion.
