Wacky's World / Corona Model Guessers
« on: June 16, 2020, 04:57:07 PM »
Saw this as part of a thread title in the Birther Pit.  I was like  :excited: because I thought somebody was gonna post pictures of hot women and were were gonna have to guess if the had covid-19 or not.

A friend of mine, who is an amazingly hot girl (does fitness model competitions) has covid-19 and is losing her mind.  I have mentioned we should put together a calendar called "Covid Cuties."  She laughed, but thinks there could be a market for it.  Any chance somebody could work on a thread in this new direction?

Kansas State Football / Farmageddon
« on: November 20, 2019, 04:23:26 PM »
I was on the Internets and my feed had a link to "Farmageddon: the Movie."

I was  :excited:  I mean, the world finally took notice of the pageantry that is 'Cats v 'Clones, and were going to put it in its lofty place right there next to Army v Navy, Harvard v Yale, Cats v Dogs.

I clinked the link and got this.

Not sure how to take it.  I part of me is  :shakesfist:, but another says  :dunno:.

So, not satisfied with the result, I do a search for "farmageddon" and get this other movie.

https://farmageddonmovie.com/

I feel sort of bad.  Like the best movie of them all is not being made.

Jerome Tang Coaches Kansas State Basketball / Feelin' Uneasy
« on: November 01, 2018, 05:38:09 PM »
I want to be seriously excited about the coming hoops season.  With the talent on hand, the strong finish last year, and the positive vibe in Manhattan, I believe this could be a great year.

However, I then ponder it is still Weber coaching.  He has found a way to get his teams to under perform before.  Plus, KSU barely got in the tourney last year, and then benefited from some breaks via upsets to help them advance to the Elite 8.

I know I should shut up and just go along for the ride.  And I hope it all does go well -- as it should.

Maybe I am missing something that would help me put aside those doubts and get me full on committed for the coming season.

Jerome Tang Coaches Kansas State Basketball / BREAKING NEWS!!!!!!!
« on: December 06, 2017, 11:58:30 AM »
Just saw on the DrudgeReport (did not have time to open the article to read the deets) that "Male models accuse oscar Weber of harrassment."

I am surprised by the circles oscar runs in, but then again, I know we have had some pretty studly guys, including a male model, come out of KSU athletics.

Maybe this will be the final straw to getting a new hoops coach.

Twelve out of 16 years, and the Number 1, 4, 5 and so on as the top individual competitors.

Might have to stop having the competition or just give the 'Cats the top award before the whole thing even begins.

Kansas State Football / Guise, I Think My TV is Effed Up

Watching the State of Oregon State vs. Oregon.  It looks real funny.  Not sure what to do.

Reminds of something I may have done in a coloring book when I was about 5.

The New Joe Montgomery Birther Pit / I Got a Question for the Board
« on: September 01, 2013, 11:49:23 AM »
Background: On Friday, at about 2:10, the dude standing behind the Audi decided to go all Tokyo Drift and cross Bluemont Avenue by flooring it through heavy traffic, the collision that ensued slid across the road and caught my vehicle in the mess (I'm not pictured because at first it appeared he might be catching fire, so I backed up slightly).

Question: What are the odds this guy actually had insurance?

Important Facts:

1).  He had no I.D. other than a Visa credit card.
2).  He had no driver's license, but did claim he had a permit (but did not have it with him).
3).  He sort of spoke a few words of English, but any information the cops got out of was impressive, but also a lot of "guesstimating" what he meant to say as far  as I can tell.

PS - The girl driving the jeep seemed okay other than a small cut and being in shock (expected).  Mr. Wen's (sp) passenger seemed okay, but was damn lucky for side curtain airbags.

McClatchy has never considered any conservative issue/concern worthwhile as far back as I can remember.  I wonder if the editors are all napping or out chasing hookers.

Kansas State Football / Evidence the Meat Goat Moat is in the Works
« on: August 12, 2012, 04:59:16 PM »
At GPC AnAndersonRules noted that in the construction area of the BTF that "There is even a boat sitting in the middle of all of it. "

Now the only thing to figure out is what sort of critters will populate the moat.

I'm not sure how to judge this one  The guy sitting behind me noted Snyder says he is awesome.  After watching Rose today he has no doubt and is positive that he is gonna get a ton of carries.   :ksu:

So, will he be primary back.  He looked pretty awesome out there.

Maybe they will name an award after him when the season concludes.

I've been worried about this for some time.  However, the game tonight locked it.  KSU has been bad, and they still can't help but beat UT.  I'm sorry to say, but the Great Chisholm Trail Rivalry just isn't a rivalry.  Singular domination, while nice, is not what rivalries are made of.  F'n horns, can't hold up there end of the bargain.

So, who is KSU's new rival?  We have to have someone out there that will provide excitement and get both fans bases wound up in a back and forth series.  I'm thinkin' it might be WVU, but that is a reach with no real history up to now.

If any of you says Texas Tech, you need to be shot.  Without Leach there, who the hell gives and eff.

Kansas State Football / So, Why Razorbacks?
« on: December 05, 2011, 04:51:10 PM »
Seriously, why that name?

I mean, bacon isn't that terrifying.  And let's be honest, it just doesn't fit the culture of Arkie-land today.

Why not the "Turkey Inseminators."  It more accurately describes the states man vocational field.

If not, you could be the "Deep Discounters."  Sam Walton would have been proud.

If you notice, I didn't even bring up the "Klansmen" issue even though the spelling appears to come right out of that excellent Arkie public school system.

Ke-Rist!.  Is there any team, at any level of football, that the KSU D can't make look all world at this moment.  Maybe this shouldn't be televised in any form due to obscenity standards.   :goodbyecruelworld:

Kansas State Football / Cool
« on: November 27, 2010, 02:31:54 PM »
According to Steve Physioc (KSU '77) calling the KU-MU travesty, CU and NU are in the Big 12 conference next year.

I guess all that stuff this summer was just a dream.  :ck:

They were quietly cheering for the Zags, until they left with 12 minutes left in the game.  They looked like a lesser species of band geeks.  One was a short fat patchouli smellin' douche whith blonde dreads.  I thought about spitting on them, but decided against it.  I decision I'll probably regret the rest of my life.

(Did give them a bit of crap.  I kindly pointed out that if the were going to cheer for a team - Gonzaga - then they should have the balls to truly cheer for them instead of the halfway p*$$y method they were using.  I don't think the liked me for some reason. :ck:)

Kansas State Football / According to Dr. Bob Davis....
« on: November 07, 2010, 01:30:45 AM »
According to Dr. Bob Davis and the Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!) color guy on the KU network KU had 25-30,000 in the stands for the 2nd half.

I have to really wonder about that.  Anyone there and see the actual numbers.

Oh, and btw, I want to f'n murder Hawkins.  He has to be the biggest coaching Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!) in conference history.  Worse than Gill or Stan Parrish.

If you don't believe in God, you should start.  This is divine providence to spare us seeing the video of this.  The images burned into my brain via Wyattvision are cruel enough.

Kansas State Football / Watching the Turner Gill Show
« on: October 18, 2010, 05:29:40 PM »
Of course, it is priceless to learn that no players quit up front from the Rev.

However, what is best is the set of this show.  It is like the dug up a dry erase board and some drapes that have been in storage in the church basement since about 1982.

Apparently spent too much money on the Rev to be able to afford a proper high techy set such as one utilized by Old Balls.

Oh, and PS - Dr. Boob Davis looks like he is a speaking cadaver.  I wonder if people can hire him out for Halloween.

Kansas State Football / BBQ Deal for 'Cat Fans in Lawrence on Thursday
« on: October 13, 2010, 01:04:38 PM »
Talked to the owner of Biemer's BBQ in Lawrence last night.  Though he isn't EMAW, he isn't dyed-in-the-wool Jay-hole either.  He told me he was offering a BBQ special for 'Cat fans on Wednesday.  I have to admit, I make the trip to that crappy town quite a bit just to get quality bbq there, so I told him I'd post on the web the deal (I must also note his portions are large as it is, the bbq is excellent, so his deals are dang good without a special).

Buy a sandwich and a drink and get a free small french fry is the special.

Biemer's is located on 9th, just a half block west of Iowa in that hellhole of a town.  Look for the sign that says "We Rub Our Meat Every Day."

http://www.biemers.com/

Enjoy the bbq (in honor of the jaybirds, I recommend the turkey - which is excellent by the way), and the jayhawk walk that should begin early in the second quarter.

Oh, and beware of the "Hot Sauce" - it is truly hot on the evil side, but yet strangely addictive.

Later,
Sam S.

I've determined I'm going to scream "Slingblade" all night Thursday at Lil' Bo Pellini.

I hope he might become enraged and cut the throat of a 'Husker player or two during the game.

Of course, this could backfire (Bo might take it is a compliment to be compared with someone smarter than him with far better social skills and a cooler voice make make Bo sort of giddy).

If someone has a better suggestion, please let me know.

Later,
Sam S.
