anyone experienced an M83 concert?  Dig the music, but have heard absolutely nothing about the live performance.

I saw a pretty awesome small show last Friday. I think it was probably the only music show I've been to in 2016.

Better than 75% chance I'm moving to the DFW area this summer. If any N. Texas cats know of any good, preferably cheap shows coming through let me know.

I heard they are good but he changes the live band up all the time so I dunno how consistent it is.

Concerts are reasonably priced here for the most part because there are a shitload of venues across DFW.  I think I've paid more than $50 for a ticket twice in the last 5-6 years.

Most expensive venues will be the American Airlines Center and any monstrosity that is big enough for cowboys stadium.

I was thinking about getting my dad tickets to Bob Dylan at Starlight in June.  He likes Bob Dylan.

Robert Earl Keen and Lyle Lovett at the Orpheum this weekend was awesome. If you are a fan of either, and have a chance to catch them together, GO!

It's just not the same anymore.

Jimmy Fallon could put on a better Dylan concert than Bob himself.

I went to Greg Brown Friday night. There's a special place in hell for opening acts at folk legends' shows. Just awful.

Riot Room has a big tv (watched Game 6 of 2014 WS before Courtney Barnett hit the stage). Seratones are opening and I really like them. Probably should go unless you have Royals tix

Indeed. I've seen them play about a half dozen times now, longest set I've been in attendance for so far. Their new tune was a pleasant surprise as well, and those smoke ring cannons

Are they playing with Foals? If so you should go, but skip Silversun Pickups
