I don't watch cable news, so cannot comment on the quality of any of it, but I would absolutely expect Fox to get solid ratings as long as Trump is president.  It's the same reason he has so many Twitter followers.  Regardless of which way you lean, people want to know what is on the President's mind, and he has made it pretty clear he watches (and believes) what is on Fox.
