I did it in college. You can turn viaka into Smirnoff basically. It just doesn't make sense because you ruin a Brita filter and those are more expensive than vodka.

Nothing here either. and now the NWS and weather men are trying to cover their ass by saying it may never come.

It happens all the time that they vastly over state the potential because the guys who yell the loudest get the most attention. Katie Horner was a whiz at this. I have never seen them miss this bad.
