I'm sober and have been for 3 years. I no longer smoke cigarettes. I went back to school and finished my degree in Biochemistry. I work out four days a week and I feel sexy. I've been to Paraguay, Russia, and Sweden. I had a great time at each place. I no longer feel so bad about myself that I lash out on gE. I am now a force for good and not evil there. Oh and my book collection isn't just for show anymore. I've read them all.

I'll get there by taking life one day at a time. I'll need to kick the booze first. After a few months of that I'll work on the smokes. I'll keep working out like I have. I'll make an appointment with an advisor at Washburn and make a plan to finish my degree. And as for travel. I need to get my passport and stop touching my savings account.

It's a beautiful day. I just got home from a walk. I saw a woman that was gorgeous and told her so. Is that inappropriate? I go back and forth on this. I usually say nothing.

Canary is the best dude I've ever met. Shows me love when I don't deserve it. Pushes me to better myself. And that whole thing about making sure I don't die. Without his friendship I wouldn't be alive.

First off, part of that is inaccurate. You always deserve the love of family and friends. I'm truly just a guy trying to be a better man myself. SdK, I'll continue to fight with you to stay alive. You've got things to contribute to the world still. I don't want to miss out on that.

I'm always surprised that people still think SdK and I are the same person. We are very much different people.
