Made cilantro lime chicken tacos/jitas tonight with all the fixings. Was pretty amazing. Will post pics if requested.

how did you make the tortillas? I have become interested in making tortillas recently as you all know

I bought mission super soft tortillas and created a uniform layer of refried beans from a can all over one side.  Then I used two parallel chords and drew chords from opposite endpoints of the original chords to find the center of the tortilla.  I then placed a hard shell taco shell exactly at the intersection of the 2nd chord pairs, which was the center.  I then nuked this combination for 15 seconds and the rest is history.

i was good with the top pic, but the bottom swayed me into

These were in the top 2 best I’ve ever made as far as tacos go. Not pictured is a little salsa verde that graced the top down the center.
