It is the idea that they scream and make noise so your voice can't be heard in these settings and not letting people of different ideologies speak on campuses, etc.  But also because of the whole concept of making hate speech illegal without a clear definition. For example, if I forgot to use someone's correct pronoun I could be sent to jail (or something similar) - itso facto - fascism.

I think here they are over exaggerating a bit - but I assume it is because the group is anti-free speech, oppressive, and seemingly willing to use force to get people who think differently than them in line with their beliefs.

you are correct that i have decided that arguing about politics in here isn't a great use of my time sys. i wouldn't equate being an active message boarder in the pit with taking responsibility for the issues our country is facing. i'm aware of the news, and what is going on in the world.
