I could barely remember the last time i was really sick until my oldest started preschool.  Now I'm a walking disease with a new affliction every week.  Still work though. I believe people at my new job think i hate them because my office is always closed.  I'm just trying to quarantine myself.

I only use sick days on a random Tuesday or possibly a Wednesday. Mondays and Fridays are just a given that you're faking the crap out of that crap.
