i usually go sun-thurs no booze then boozehound 69 on fri/sat and i'm ripped like dolph lundgren in rocky 4, thoughts?
I haven’t had any since late Saturday night. Probably one of three times in the last few years I’ve gone so long. Very few gains thus far, think it’s a hoax.Edit: I had a single beer during the Chiefs game Sunday, so it’s probably only been 70 hours.
On a 2500 calorie daily intake, you could drink an entire case of Natty and still have 220 calories left over for whatever delicious food items you desire.
If you're trying to lose weight, alcohol is a good thing to cut since it has zero nutritional value and doesn't even fill your stomach (in fact I think it tends to trigger hunger). But unless you're drinking a ton, the booze itself is a pretty small amount of your overall calorie intake. You're talking like 100-300 calories a drink as long as you're not throwing in a super sugary mixer.
