Still not sure if he was the one who placed the rats by the prison fence or if it was someone inside.  I enjoyed the past couple of episodes...but this show is going in circles.

they've really not showed anything that would lead us to believe it was the governor who was using the rats.

nope, looks like he rediscovered the prison after the rat issues. the rats is probably that little girl that was naming the zombz

Rats was never particularly interesting to me.  I am ok if they just leave that story line in that past.  I think they tried to show the process that could turn a relatively normal person into a monster but they did it very heavy handed.  I was more satisfied with the Woodbury version of the Gov who's explanation was ZOMBIES!!!!  That was enough for me.

I liked the past two episodes because they made the governor appear more human. When he had nothing and nobody to protect, he was useless. Now he has people to protect and he gets back to his element. He's not as bad of a person when you understand his motives.

the show has taken steps forward thank goodness.. at least they are trying to somewhat develop characters now

That's the theme.  But why wouldn't Rick be like "sure, have the swine flu prison"

Also, the whole rat thing is inane.  Like, zombz react to noise and movement.  3 dead rats in the bushes s pretty lame if trying to attract

If it was I don't think we would have brought it up with the radio discussion.  At any point did you think to yourself that it was clearly that little girl?

Didn't even think of that.  That would be fantastic.  Carol kills the Governor and everyone in the prison celebrates and then it just turns out that Carol is super-evil.

Also, the group that the Governor sure did convince that camp really quickly....."hey guys, let's take a rough ridin' camp and go displace a bunch of other humans you have never met and who have never wronged you."

zero what? people were crying non stop about them not leaving the prison. Well....

Oh, no, that was what the show needed.  Zero everything.  Rick and Carl left with Rick having zero teeth.  They left their home of a year with no ammo, no food, no other supplies, no antagonist, etc.  Zero. 

Will be interesting to see where they go.  Survivors scattered.  Do they all link back up?  Was that the last we see of some characters even though they escaped?

Also, we never saw gov get killed.  Even money mom-in-shock gunned herself in front of him rather than sitting herself.

Good point about the gov. She may have wanted to add to his misery, especially since he was moving pretty well for someone who just got run through. May see him again.
