Harvested the last of my radishes tonight, tossed them in olive oil/salt/pepper etc and grilled them with some kielbasa sausage for a quick boi dinner. Sides of mustard and horseradish for dipping.

I’ve never thought of this until just now, but I don’t think I’ve ever had a cooked radish. I love them raw though.

Early summer patio grilling is second only to late fall grilling.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.

Maybe I'm not sure of the definition of scampi, but that looks quite similar to the garlic, butter, white wine (and basil) shrimp pasta I made last weekend? What is scampi?

I’d celebrate Lobsterfest but it always ends up being at the same time as Toyotathon

I've been to Red Lobster once since high school, ~2017 during--you guessed it--Lobster Fest. I was underwhelmed and between my date and I it ended up being like $50-60/person.

I've pimped Willie Mae's Scotch House in NoLa before as life changing fried chicken. Here's a YouTube review of what appears to be their L.A. expansion.
