he didn't write that one...but he did have a blurb in the bottom of one of his roundups. Apparently he thinks Jake didn't get to answer the question.

Worst career-ending soliloquy: We'll never know how Jacob Pullen would have responded to a similar question to the one Faried received because Kansas State coach Frank Martin instead yanked the spotlight from his senior by scolding the reporter who asked it. "That is what you wanted to see?" Martin said as emotion overcame Pullen. "That what you were trying to get out of him? Make him cry here in front of people? Good question."

the media, except cole manbeck & levi, appear to be raging retards.  i would normally include levi among the retards.  that is my bias, which i, unlike kellis, acknowledge.

there really wasn't all that much fallout over this.  just a few losers wrote about it.  the longer you guys drag it out, the more you look like butthurt powertards.  go ahead and hate on kellis.  but forget about The Question.

a thread on a message board about it doesn't mean crap. it's the radio hosts and bloggers going out of the way to stick up for their Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!) bretheren.

The question did suck, but it is the same question that gets asked after every ncaa game. Frank freaked out because that is what Frank does, he was pissed because you lost and he was sad for his guys which he should be. That is why I don't think that the losing teams players should have to go to those things, they can talk to the coaches and leave the kids out of it.

Surely potential recruits understand that it is more important to have a coach that values his relationship with his players more than staying cozy with local media.  Hopefully 'tuck 'tard donors can figure that out too. Anyone who saw that press conference understands why players like playing for Frank. Hopefully the people with $ to give to the program can manage to watch press conferences and interviews instead of just getting the mediatards interpretations of them.
:adios:

My point has nothing to do with making a rough ridin' kid cry...it's the timing and delivery of a question delivered by a specific individual who has been proven to be be biased.

This.
So what if Yahoo had a front page story on this and the writer hated on Frank? Look at the comments, 95% were people telling the writer to shut up and quit defending fellow journos. Just because the simpleton ku fans believe everything they read in the KC Star or hear on 610 am, doesn't mean the rest of the country is that gullible.
