What kind of roids are the last 4 things and how did you decide on them. Wikipedia? Clinical research?
Concept 2 row machine.....my goodness. It's fantastic. I feel silly for just now having tried it. It's great.It works you really well if you stay focused and press hard. I did 40 min this morning and it's monitor guesstimated a 516 cal burn. It also really helps me work out a back tweak here and there if I do something on my RDL's. It's like physical therapy and a workout all in one. Def recommend.
I have been doing 30-40 min twice a week and lifting 3-4 times a week with a 10 min row sesh at the end of each lift. It is seriously wonderful.
