Listening to scanner in OKC.  They just said several children missing and confirmed children injured in "falcon lake?" area. Chatter is crazy on the scanner. Bad crap..

This is crazy saw this twister for live, it is tearing up everything in its path, on north side of washington ok,  heading for noble ok
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

Our storms are boring. I'll never get to see a tornado.   :shakesfist:

75 degrees, clear skies, a cool ocean breeze, and the smell of Douglas Firs emanating in the air.  Life's good.

Remember a couple years back when there was a prediction for Topeka that the conditions were exactly the same as they were when the tornado hit downtown in '68 and every news story was  :runaway:?  I think it sprinkled for a couple minutes.

i do not.

exactly the point.  Nothing happened.  Although that's not tonight.  So far a couple dead in OK (including ok_cat) plus one near Great Bend.

Fox News' coverage is laughable. Shep is confusing the inbound/outbound velocities with the precipitation reflectivity.   :flush:

Also said "There's Kansas City... it's passed Kansas City" (referring to the storm)

And the storm is still an hour away. Clearly has no idea what he's talking about and can't even read a map

As a resident of Norman I can not believe how lucky I am.  crap hit everywhere but Norman.  Been told the crap broke up on the south edge of the OU campus (where the National Weather Center is).
