If rhoads stays at ISU Weis will have KU as good as them by 2014.  The maximum upside is probably a seventh place league finish and the pinstripe bowl.

There are some damn good players on that list.  I don't know if that's more because Snyder developed them or because RP just had an eye for talent. I'm thinking it's the former.
