So I have been upgrading my "home gym" with an ab roller and a set of those rubber band resistance set with a "barbell" and holy crap, what a difference that has been from just having the pull up bar (which is still great).
I know that the resistance bands aren't the best due to the way they work, but I can finally get a great pump and between that, and and a much better protein diet, and some running I am going to need some new clothes soon. One pair of pants I use for work is now on the verge of tearing from my quads & hammies from the last month or so of work.
