My question; has anyone really torn their bicep using alternating grip (have you seen it), and if so were they the kind of person that does curls on the same day as deadlifts, and/or does not know how to stretch their bicep properly?it's usually the tendon that tears. it usually happens with people who are juicing. I prefer hook grip because I stopped having tendinitis once I started using it. A common thing I see with people using mixed grip is twisting under load, and that is not a good thing. Hook grip usually eliminates that, as well.Hook is better for many reasonsShutup

Skinny fat is a pretty stupid term, imo, guys.

OMG, which reminds me. My bro is a personal trainer and ran D1 cross country and track. His Senior year, he got hurt and missed nationals. He got super depressed and started doing drugs and eating a lot without any exercise. OMG, his belly was so big and everything else was so tiny. He gained like 40 lbs in no time. He's better now, but man that was funny.
Can 7 footers be skinny fat?

Grats. Has this been a challenge gaining weight, or just a challenge doing so without it being fat? Thx and definitely the 2nd part. I've got a weird body. Long/skinny legs and arms and a normal torso. It's always been easy to stay skinny in all places minus my mid section.
One of my best friends from high school is skinny fat. All you have to do is start out really skinny, then stop doing anything physical and eat a lot. Boom. You did it.
When I get down to 225, we are all going to party so, so hard, you guys.
When someone is thin and looks great in clothes, but is all flabby underneathSome people have great figures, but in a bathing suit they are a mess- all skinny-fat- like Miss Paris, who loves to show off her flabby ass for some reason
