frozen egg noodles?
if sugar is like carbs, what's the point of eating stuff like rice or bread? substitute sweets instead
UPDATE NO COVID! it was just all the garbage i ate this weekend!
Not infrequently, I make sandwiches with saltines and peanut butter and then wash them down with milk right before going to bed. It is like 300 - 400 totally pointless calories at the end of the day.
i'm starting to put msg on everything. chicken? msg. eggs? msg. pizza? msg. apparently it's actually not bad for you so might not belong in this thread. planning to make msg steak soon
question for those who are already old: will my preference for the done-ness of my steak and hamburgers continue to trend toward "shoe leather"?
