Risner is such a fake dude. Just lives for these soundbytes.

100%.

Less community service, more practicing football.  That’s what I want from KSU football players.

Really hope our boy ‘stone doesn’t hold it against you that we had inside sources this week that snyds would step down. There’s absolutely no way he’d be petty enough about K-State insiders reporting to us and sharing it with our gE friends on a message board to be a d bag about it, right?

It pretty much goes back 2 years ago in the pit. I’ve never had a problem with him, but he thinks my in laws are a joke (Makes a joke of them all the time, doesn’t know them, etc.) and wants to discount any inside info we might have. Stupid stuff all around, still trying to figure out his problem about it, but it’s always been fun banter until about a few years ago. Man loves status talk!

Either way, bottom line, man owns a K-State message board and absolutely doesn’t want to potentially hear any inside takes.

Perhaps some of you should just step out of your dorm rooms and discuss this in the lobby, or meet up in the union for a cup of coffee and calm the f down.

Wow... take the keyboard away from that kid. That was laughably poor.

Oh, that's no kid. Ned is the publisher and editor and chief of the Merc.

Wow... I honestly thought, between the diction, the points made, and the overall flow of the article, that it was some sophomore or junior writer for the collegian. I didn't notice that was the Mercury.

Big donors are one of the main reasons why Bill is feeling pressure right now and why Gene is more on top of this than Currie ever was. Also, Gene feels like we need a new up to date indoor practice facility before he'll ever be able to haul in the type of coach that we'd all really want.
Low indoor practice facility IQ here, but what exactly is wrong with the one we have?

It's smaller than more modern ones, we have one of the oldest indoor practice facilities in college football and I believe the first in the Big 12, and they want one closer to the field and facility.

The indoor facility has a full sized football field and a high ceiling.  They just want a fancier one so the can convert the old one to an indoor track.

Did you really think I don't know that we have a full field? The current indoor complex is smaller than, at the very least KU's soon to be competed facility, ISU, OSU, OU, and I'd presume UT; not to mention it's 2 decades older than those facilities.

Lol, we’re going to build a new one and just how technologically advanced does an indoor facility need to be?

I would also add that I had no idea until the last few weeks that MIR was such a massive Tuck.   That realization had been a pickle, but I’ve reconciled myself to this truth and am now moving on.

The scoop I have on Sean from WaManMeGo Bro is that Sean has never wanted the job.  Bro works with folks with spouses with connected positions at K-State.   Per them, Sean being coach is all Bill.

If that's the case, Sean's an ass for not putting an end to this.   Also, I have connected people saying Sean is an ass regardless.

what if this whole time bill wasn’t trying to get the ad to hire sean but instead was trying to get sean to want the job  :horrorsurprise:

I very much believe this to be true.

In interactions with Sean and staff have never gotten the impression that this was something he desired.

I’d like you to speculate on why the eff Sean continues to allow this to disrupt the entire athletic department?
