What does Niang crying wolf have to do with him clearly being set and drawing a charge.   99% of people know that a call had to be made there and pretty clear than very very few refs call that a block.

Whats even worse than swallowing your whistle last 7-8 seconds is then calling a ticky tacky foul 2 seconds after that.
