Flip Saunders is the Minnesota GMQuote"It's not the right opportunity for him to go to the NBA," Saunders told Hartman, "Do I feel someday he's going to be in the NBA? There's no question. He's going to be there. From a timing perspective, no matter where it's at, this is not the time."

I think it's kind of sad that ISU employs the two coaches that are considered the biggest liars in the Big 12. More like Iowa Sketch if you ask me.
Stephen F. Austin coach Brad Underwood, a former Kansas State assistant for six seasons under Bob Huggins and Frank Martin, has not been contacted by Missouri, though Underwood told The Star on Tuesday that he’d be interested.“That’s an unbelievable job,” he said. “That’s my type of job. The basketball aside, it’s been a great spot for many years with a ton of great players. It’s a great university, but I’m still the coach at Stephen F.”Read more here: http://www.kansascity.com/2014/04/22/4975911/mu-reaches-out-to-kim-anderson.html#storylink=cpy
if he truly does have a heart issue - and i want to be clear that i personally don't believe he does, the last place he will want to be is in ames, iowa, hundreds of miles from the closest competent cardiologist.like i said though, i believe this heart thing is made up. i'm guessing he came up with the idea to make recruits feel sorry for him so that they would transfer there. "listen royce white, if you don't transfer here i might die" type of crap. very low brow.
Kim Anderson
To be fair, MU finally hired a coach capable of making a F4 run...
Not sure why people are lol'ing at this. It's a good hire for Mizzou.

It's a good hire for Mizzou.Because they had to hire a recruiting firm to get a guy that would have taken the job no questions asked, that's what's so funny. Also, I'm assuming here, that Anderson was at the bottom of their list, so that's also funny. It's clearly pretty funny.
Its worse than if we hired Steve Henson, when Frank left, after being told no by clearly everyone else we could call for two weeks.
Alex Kline ?@TheRecruitScoop ·2 mins RT @JucoRecruiting: JUCO SG Kevin Punter has decommitted from Missouri.
